In this talk we will consider the relevance of regression as an exploration of the unconscious. We will look at how regression can delve deeply into our life stories and shed light on the beliefs and emotions that govern our lives. This discussion will include current, past life and interlife regression, considering how these can open up more choice and freedom in the present and offer scope for individuation.

In this workshop, Sarah will share her poetry which attempts to capture her experience of the human condition and observations of life through the lens of feelings. Jungian symbolism and awakening, transpersonal experiences - elements of the psychosynthesis approach – are apparent within Sarah’s poetry.
